Among these is Ático – a Spanish tapas concept at Mule Alley- and Elephant Saloon found in the Stockyards district. The most recently added was A micro resort called Hotel Otto situated alongside the river and featuring rooms made of shipping containers.
Hotel Otto, inspired by its namesake in Italian meaning “eight,” was established with eight unique shipping container resort rooms. In July 2021, the property opened to rave reviews and features an Aperol bar open to all restaurant patrons as well as a pool made from a shipping container and a 10,000-square-foot garden where many of Gemelle’s ingredients are locally sourced for their culinary delights and cocktails.
