This 14,000-square-foot urban infill project is made up of 19 conex boxes that have been transformed into a place-making oasis. These containers all feature their original doors and wood floors, while some parts were repurposed to construct the upstairs deck. The courtyard offers ample shade thanks to evaporative coolers and gigantic fans. Handcrafted tables and seats crafted from refurbished wooden pallets help complete this unique transformation.

The development offers 18 one or two-bedroom rental units that are currently available for short-term stays.
